ADVERTISING PLACEMENTS
Payment, approvals and cancellation
These terms apply to advertising placements, not separate retail or bulk purchases. Updated October 19, 2026.
Payment and renewal
Full payment is required before work begins. Cash, check and credit card are accepted. Each placement is its own advertising opportunity; there is no automatic renewal or subscription. Existing advertisers generally have first refusal on the next placement, with 1-2 business days to respond.
Artwork and finished-glass approval
Both advertisers and the venue receive artwork proofs and must approve them before printing. After printing, everyone receives a photograph of the finished glassware for approval before placement. Basic artwork preparation and conversion are included; extensive revisions or design work may carry an additional fee discussed before that work begins. A copy of your approved artwork is supplied to you.
Advertiser-requested cancellation
The refund depends on the stage reached when your cancellation request is received:
- Before work on your logo or artwork begins: 100% refund.
- After artwork begins, but before proof approval: 75% refund.
- After proof approval, but before production begins: 50% refund.
- After production begins: no refund for advertiser-requested cancellation.
Contact us directly to request cancellation. These stages apply to the placement payment.
Placement changes
If an agreed venue withdraws, we evaluate the situation individually and make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives with the parties involved. The advertiser-requested cancellation schedule does not determine your remedies if we do not provide the agreed service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Printing discrepancies
If our printing differs from the approved artwork because of our error, we remove affected glasses and replace them at our expense. If an error was present in artwork approved by the advertiser, we make every effort to retrieve and replace affected glasses for a fee to that advertiser. The other advertiser and the venue are not charged for that correction.
