Choose and coordinate

Tell us which drinkware your establishment needs and send your logo. We arrange the advertisers and keep you informed about who will appear on the glassware.

Approve the artwork

We prepare the print artwork. Both advertisers and the venue receive proofs and must approve them before printing begins.

Print and review

We screen print the glasses, then send a photograph of the finished glassware to both advertisers and the venue for a second approval before placement.

Deliver and put into service

We deliver the glasses for your team to put into everyday service. The advertising program covers the glassware, logo preparation, printing and delivery.

Check stock and presentation

We work alongside your team, regularly checking that glassware stock is adequate and the glasses in service represent your establishment well. We identify worn or damaged glasses and coordinate replacements as needed.

Plan the next placement

We plan ahead of restocking needs and keep the rotation fresh with smaller batches. Contact us whenever you need more; there is no obligation to request another placement.

Take-home glasses are a feature of our program. We encourage venues to support it; at some locations, signs invite customers to ask the bartender for a clean glass to take home.

Your venue branding travels with the advertisers into customers' homes, giving them a useful reminder of their visit.

Good to know.

Is the drinkware really free?

Yes. Glasses, preparation of your supplied logo, advertiser coordination, printing and delivery are covered by the advertising program. Free means free.

Why is it free?

Local businesses pay to have their advertising placed alongside your venue branding on the glasses. Their support funds your drinkware.

What do you ask of our establishment?

Supply your logo, approve the proofs and put the glasses into service for a minimum of 90 days after delivery. There is no obligation to request future glassware.

Do we have to find or sell advertising?

No. We arrange the advertisers and keep you updated on the businesses featured on your glassware.

How do we request more glasses?

Contact us when you need more. We also conduct regular stock and quality checks so we can plan replenishment ahead of need. We generally expect replenishment every 2-3 months, depending on use.

Can customers take a glass home?

We encourage take-home glasses as part of the program. At some participating venues, signs invite customers to ask the bartender for a clean glass to take home. Your venue branding and the advertisers travel home with it.

When will our glasses arrive?

Our goal is to fulfill requests within 7-10 business days of the venue requesting glassware. We plan ahead and often have advertisers ready for the next placement. Once advertisers are established, glasses are typically ready for placement within 2-3 business days. These are targets; special requests are discussed with you.

Which print colors are available?

Our current designs are single-color screen prints using a two-part ink. Black, red and green are available. All logos on a glass use the same ink color. Other colors can be requested and may cost extra.

How should the glasses be washed?

Handwash decorated glasses to help preserve the printed design. The glass itself is dishwasher safe, but repeated high heat, strong cleaning chemicals and heavy use can chip or wear the print.

What artwork should we send?

Single-color vector artwork is best, but send the highest-quality logo you have. Basic artwork preparation and conversion are included. Fine details may need simplifying for the print size. Extensive revisions or design work may cost extra, discussed before that work begins. You approve any changes and receive a copy of your approved artwork.

What if we need another item or glasses without advertisers?

Tell us what you need. We can explore whether another item fits the free program. Drinkware without advertising, or items outside the program, can be quoted through our separate custom and bulk service.

Where do you deliver?

We currently serve all of Monroe County, New York. Requests outside the county are considered case by case.
